How To Fix Heartburn & Foods To Avoid With Type 2 Diabetes

I did have problems with heartburn’s for years. Looking for answers and ways how to fix heartburn for good has been almost a daily challenge. How To Fix Heartburn

Since then I have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Those diagnosis did not help the situation at all. I can now say that it made it worse and I have found comfort in binge eating. Basically living in denial and for long time did nothing to help myself. Yes, I have been enjoying all the unhealthy foods, alcohol and everything that you can easily find on our high streets. Ok, enough of the boring stuff and lets get straight to the How To Fix Heartburn

How To Fix Heartburn?

My DN(diabetic nurse) forced me to actually do something with way I eat. Otherwise I will end up injecting insulin(I hate needle’s). Got seriously concerned and started researching almighty google for diabetes fix. I know again the boring stuff, but bear with me. I have finally  found exactly what I have been looking for. It’s called LCHF WOE(low carb high fat, way of eating), if you want to learn more about it here is the link ==>> LCHF WOE .

How To Fix HeartburnI was desperate and said myself IT’S ALL OR NOTHING. Started on 17/06/2018 with basically Foods To Avoid With Type 2 Diabetes. I have ditched all starchy food, carbohydrate rich food, sweets and all types of sugar “including fruit(because of my Type 2 diabetes)”. First couple of days have been almost the same, having said that my heartburn’s have not been as strong. Nothing that soda bicarbonate in water wouldn’t fix. Approaching day four, sticking to my new way of eating and to my surprise NO HEARTBURN’S whatsoever-small victory here and I have enjoyed lovely family evening.

I have to say that this has been the best decision I have made for years. I did not have heartburn’s since and feeling great, energized and happy. So, the LCHF WOE is doing amazing things(health wise) to me and to add up one great side effect of eating this way. If you have guessed WEIGHT LOSS then you are absolutely right. I have already ditched 17.637lbs(8kg) and not a single time I felt hungry and that led me to another great practise and introduced me to IF(Intermittent Fasting)
